G’day, cultural explorers! At BiennaleofSydney, we’re all about helping you dive into Sydney’s vibrant art scene, from the Biennale of Sydney 2026 to hidden gems like Newtown’s murals. We want your experience with us—whether it’s grabbing premium guides or booking event tickets—to be as smooth as a ferry ride across the harbour. This Refund Policy lays out how we handle refunds for any paid services on our site, like exclusive content or Biennale-related bookings. Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

We’re here to make your cultural journey epic, whether you’re chasing Chloe Wirrpanda Chloe TV 2.0 at White Bay Power Station or vibing at a Badu Gili projection. If you’ve purchased something from us—like a premium digital guide to Sydney’s galleries or a ticket to a Biennale artist talk—we want you to be stoked. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to sort it out, keeping things fair and square. This policy applies to any paid services offered through BiennaleofSydney, and we’re committed to handling your requests with care.

Refund Eligibility: When You Can Get Your Money Back

So, when can you get a refund? If you’ve snagged a premium subscription for our exclusive content—like in-depth interviews with Dylan Mooney or 48-hour itineraries—and you’re not feeling the vibe, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you haven’t accessed more than 10% of the content. For event bookings, like Biennale workshops or guided tours, you’re eligible for a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the event. If it’s less than 7 days, we’ll offer a 50% refund, unless the event’s cancelled by us—then you’ll get 100% back, no worries.

Sometimes things go wonky, like if a digital guide doesn’t download properly or an event’s rescheduled. If that happens, let us know quick-smart, and we’ll either fix it or refund you fully. Refunds are processed within 10 business days, back to your original payment method. We don’t cover fees charged by your bank, though—sorry, that’s outta our hands!

Non-Refundable Services

Some things we can’t refund, just to keep it real. Free content, like our articles on Carriageworks performances or Newtown cafes, isn’t eligible—coz it’s free, mate! If you’ve downloaded a premium guide and used most of it, or if you miss an event without cancelling in time, we can’t offer a refund. Gift purchases, like a subscription for a mate, follow the same 14-day rule, but only the buyer can request it. If you’re unsure, drop us a line, and we’ll clear it up faster than you can snap a pic of the Opera House.

How to Request a Refund

Need a refund? No dramas! Just reach out to us with your order details—think order number, date, and what you purchased. You can email us at [email protected] or give us a buzz at +1 206-687-9368. If you’re mailing us, send it to 400 Pine St, Seattle, WA 98101, US. We’ll ask a few questions to confirm eligibility, like whether you’ve accessed the content or when you cancelled your event booking. Once approved, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days and let you know when it’s done. Easy as!

Event Cancellations or Changes

If we have to cancel or reschedule a Biennale-related event—like a talk with Jack Munguntopi or a tour of 4A Centre—you’ll get a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the new date, whatever suits you best. We’ll notify you via email or phone as soon as we know, so keep an eye on your inbox. If an event’s postponed and you can’t make it, just let us know within 7 days of the announcement for a full refund. We’ll keep you in the loop, coz we hate surprises as much as you do!
